Tzu Chi Wellness Group
Tzu Chi Clinic of Traditional Medicine was rebranded to Tzu Chi Wellness Group in 2025. I ran the clinic operations as well as the marketing. Below are some samples of my work during my tenure at Tzu Chi.
Event Flier
Twice a year, the clinic runs herbal patch treatments called San Jiu Tie (in winter), and San Fu Tie (in summer), where patients speaks with a TCM practitioner to review the state of their health and the patches are applied to account for their conditions. The event runs 2 satellite clinic locations concurrently with the 2 clinic locations.

Social media campaigns run in Facebook, Instagram, along with other Chinese social outlets.
Soup Base Signage
Herbal soup base (a custom blend) is also sold to support the benefits of the patches during the event, based on the season. This sign is placed on site, as well as the social media and email campaigns.
Wellness Tea
There are also tea that supports the patch treatments sold by the clinic herbal pharmacy. The signage is also used on site at the events and the email in newsletter.on-site
Emailers
The Tzu Chi Clinic (now rebranded as Tzu Chi Wellness Group) ran a student clinic in partnership with Humber College's Traditional Chinese Medicine Diploma (now degree) program. Many email campaigns that ran concurrently —one for professional clinic and the student clinic. I managed the email list as well.
